I offer individual therapy for motivated adults. I also work with older adolescents who choose to engage in therapy. I refer elsewhere if family-based treatment with more parental involvement is required, such as when an adolescent is unwilling to meaningfully engage.

Sessions last approximately 45-53 minutes, depending on your needs and insurance's policies.

Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) and Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) are alternatives to DBT for those who may not connect to a mindfulness-based or skills-focused approach.

I also provide consultation, licensure supervision, and public speaking/teaching.

I am an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, and United Healthcare/United Medical Resources.
